For a move-out clean, yes — a fully empty home lets us clean every surface, inside every cabinet, and in every corner without working around your belongings. For a move-in clean, it's ideal before you unpack, but we can also work around staged or partially-placed furniture.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you know your move date. Move-in/move-out cleans are in high demand at month-end, so earlier is better. Use the online estimator to check availability for your preferred date.
Will this pass a landlord's inspection?
Our move-out cleans are designed to meet professional cleaning standards. We follow a comprehensive checklist throughout the property. If your landlord has specific cleaning requirements, add them to the notes at booking and we'll incorporate them.
Do you clean carpets?
Our standard service includes thorough vacuuming. Deep carpet cleaning (steam or wet extraction) is a separate service not currently included. For heavily stained carpets, a professional carpet cleaner would be recommended in addition to our service.
