Booking & Scheduling
Everything is done online — no phone calls needed. Use our
booking form
to enter your home details, choose a service type and frequency, and pick a date
and time. You'll get an instant price estimate and a confirmation email.
We typically ask for at least 48 hours notice, though we can often accommodate
sooner depending on availability. For recurring service, it's best to book
a week or more ahead to secure your preferred day and time slot.
No — most of our clients are not home during their cleaning. You can provide
access through a key, a lockbox code, or by letting the cleaner in yourself.
All of our cleaners are bonded, insured, and background-checked, so your home
is in safe hands.
Yes. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel so we can
offer that time slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24
hours notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee.
We do our best to send the same cleaner for recurring appointments. Consistency
matters — both to you and to us. On occasion, due to illness or scheduling
changes, a different cleaner may be assigned. We'll always let you know in advance.

Pricing is based on your home's size and the service type you choose. Starting
rates for a studio or 1-bedroom home:

Yes — recurring clients save on every visit. Weekly service saves 20%, bi-weekly
saves 15%, and monthly saves 10%. The discount is applied automatically when you
select a recurring frequency during booking.
No. The price you see in the booking form is the price you pay. Supplies and
equipment are included. The only additions would be optional add-ons (such as
inside oven or inside refrigerator) that you select yourself during booking.
Payment is processed securely online at the time of booking. We accept all major
credit and debit cards. You will not be charged until your cleaning is complete
and you are satisfied.
Our Cleaners
Our cleaners are our employees, not gig workers or independent
contractors. That means they are trained to our standards, covered by our
business liability insurance, and entitled to fair wages and benefits. It also
means better consistency and accountability for you.
Yes. Every MyCleanPros employee undergoes a thorough background check before
entering any client's home. We take the trust you place in us seriously and
screen every hire accordingly.
Yes — MyCleanPros is fully bonded and carries general liability insurance. In
the very rare event that something is damaged or goes wrong during a cleaning,
you are protected. We'll work with you to make it right.
Every cleaner completes our in-house training program before their first solo
visit. Training covers our detailed cleaning checklist, safe product handling,
client communication, and our quality standards. We also conduct periodic
quality checks to maintain consistency.
The Cleaning
Time varies based on your home's size and the service type. A Standard cleaning
for a 1-bedroom home typically takes 2–2.5 hours. A Deep Clean for a 3-bedroom
home can take 5–6 hours. You'll see the estimated time range in the booking form
before you confirm.
A little tidying goes a long way. If you can pick up clutter from floors and
surfaces — toys, clothes, paperwork — it lets our cleaners spend more time
actually cleaning rather than organizing. You don't need to pre-clean, just
give us clear access to the surfaces you want done.
Yes — we bring everything. Mops, vacuums, microfiber cloths, scrub brushes, and
all cleaning products are supplied by us. You don't need to provide anything.
If you have a preference for a specific product (due to allergies, sensitivities,
or surface type), just let us know when you book.
We love pets! Just let us know you have animals when booking. We recommend
securing pets in a room that won't be cleaned during the visit, both for
their comfort and to give our cleaners uninterrupted access. All of our
products are pet-safe.
Each service type covers progressively more ground and allocates more cleaning
time. Standard handles everyday surfaces and high-traffic areas. Standard Plus
adds extra time and detail (baseboards, window sills, inside microwave). Deep
Clean goes further — inside appliances, cabinet interiors, grout. Moving In/Out
is a full vacant-home clean with all of the above included.

Products & Safety
We use EPA-registered, eco-friendly cleaning products. They are effective against
bacteria, viruses, and common household grime while being safe for children, pets,
and people with allergies or asthma. We do not use harsh bleach-based products
unless specifically requested for mold or mildew situations.
Yes. Our standard product line is non-toxic, fragrance-light, and free of
harsh chemicals. If you or a household member has a specific allergy or
sensitivity, please note it when booking and we will accommodate your needs.
Yes. Our cleaners follow CDC-aligned guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting
homes. All high-touch surfaces — doorknobs, light switches, faucet handles,
countertops — are disinfected as a standard part of every visit. Cleaners are
required to report any illness symptoms and stay home if unwell.
Satisfaction & Policies
Contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we'll send a cleaner back to
address any missed areas — at no extra charge. Our Great Clean Guarantee means
you won't pay for work that doesn't meet our standards.
While damage is rare, we are fully bonded and insured for exactly this reason.
If a cleaner breaks or damages something in your home, contact us right away
and we will work with you to repair or replace the item.
We clean all types of residential spaces — single-family homes, townhouses,
apartments, and condos. Our booking form accommodates studio apartments up
through large 5-bedroom homes.
